My Complaints was created because we are in an epidemic of poor customer services and customer experience.

Companies are not providing services and goods in an acceptable state

You simply cannot get the support you need.

Digital Transformation has accelerated the reduction in customer service in order to cut costs for their bottom line.

This is going to accelerate further as organisations replace their front line staff with AI.

You are left facing AI chatbots, unable to speak to a human and even if you do – Often you are met with nonchalant, disinterested staff who do not care.

Customer service has tanked post Covid with your time taken up doing their jobs for them or to contact another party on the Companies behalf.

Many companies also employ practices where they hide behind process or incorrect use of privacy laws.

This is unacceptable & It has got to change.


It is then made worse by the current crop of review websites where;

  • Companies showing reviews that may be gamed for incentive,
  • Companies showing reviews that may be false,
  • Companies being able to remove negative reviews,
  • Companies pressure or incentivise a consumer to remove a negative review – Even threatening legal action,
  • Negative reviews are buried away and the review score not reflective of reality,
  • Company responses stating ‘how they care’ – When reality is very different.

Further, we have seen public bodies that are responsible for compliance act as box tickers with absolutely nothing done by them.

Public money is being spent on these organisations who do very little for the taxpayer.

So we built an app where you can manage your complaint from start to finish in order to get you to resolution.
